Monroe has an incredible history, as does the storied North Beach neighborhood; it’s an honor to have an installation in the neon heart of San Francisco. While Monroe is an art deco themed lounge, Laura Stevenson was commissioned to create neon sculptures inspired by the work of Vernor Panton, for a surprise corner within the space. This unexpected and delightful room features a mural by the amazing Caroline Lizzaraga.
